Carlos Famadas is a Sr. Associate at Allied Capital based in Washington, DC. Prior to working for Allied Capital, Carlos worked in financial and strategic planning roles for XLHealth, a healthcare company, and for Gen3 Partners, a consulting firm. Carlos has served in the national administration of the fraternity for many years, most recently as Executive Director from 2003-2005.

He completed his MBA at Harvard Business School in 2003. He is a graduate of Harvard University, class of 1999. Carlos was born and raised in Puerto Rico.
