Manuel Gaetan, Ph.D., P.E., is President and Chief Executive Officer of MGR Enterprises, Inc., an international business Management-consulting firm based in Columbia, SC. Dr. Gaetan, a native of Puerto Rico and a licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Ohio, retired as President Emeritus of the Bobbin Group of Miller Freeman, Inc. in September 1988.

He was publisher of both Bobbin and La Bobbin magazines when he retired. Dr. Gaetan is an Advisory Board Member of Hispanic Connections, Inc. and Board Member of the SC School of Journalism/Mass Communication and Moore School of Business’ ICAP. 

Manuel is a co-founder and current board member of the South Carolina Hispanic Leadership Council. (www.SCHLC.org). He is also its webmaster.
