Join The 1931 Challenge: Invest in the Leaders of Tomorrow!

Since 1931, Phi Iota Alpha has been empowering leaders through brotherhood, education, and service. The 1931 Challenge is our movement to ensure every brother has the resources, training, and support needed to thrive and make an impact!

Too often, cost determines who gets a seat at the table. Together, we can change that.

Your gift directly funds:

  • Leadership Institutes & Summits: Equipping undergraduate and alumni leaders with real-world skills.

  • Conference & Educational Scholarships: Opening doors for brothers—and non-members—to access transformative learning experiences.

  • Brotherhood Hardship Relief: Standing by our family when emergency assistance is needed most.

  • Building Our Legacy: Establishing a strong Foundation reserve so our impact in 2031 is greater than ever!

How You Can Impact a Life Today:

  • 💵 $19.31 – In honor of the year Phi Iota Alpha was founded!

  • 💵 $100 or $193.10 – Expand opportunities for the next generation of leaders!
